What is the delivery charge for my order?

  • The delivery charge within the Netherlands is € 6,00 for each order (delivery within the Netherlands is free for orders of € 80,00 or more )
  • The delivery charge to Belgium is € 11,90
  • The delivery charge to the rest of Europe is € 25,00
  • The delivery charge to France and Germany is € 20,00

We deliver worldwide.

What is the delivery time for my order?

At Reinders Fashion we ship all packages with UPS. We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible and follow these criteria:

  • We aim to deliver packages within 1-7 working days
  • We deliver 5 days of the week

I was away from home at the time of delivery. Where is my order?

If you're not available at the time of delivery, UPS will attempt to deliver at a later time. If you are away during the second or third time delivery attempt, UPS will leave a ready-for-collection note in your letterbox.
The order is then left with your neighbours or at a nearby UPS access point.

Delivery to a different address

If you cannot be at home to receive a package, or if your purchase is a gift for someone else, you can opt to have the order
delivered to a different address from the invoice address.

Delays in delivery

If your delivery is delayed UPS will contact you. Alternatively, you can contact our head office: +31 23-5736181 (option 3).

What happens if an item is out of stock?

If an item you ordered is unexpectedly out of stock, we will inform you within 5 working days.

The amount you paid for the item will be reimbursed to your bank account within 7 days.

Our online catalogue is monitored continuously, and with the utmost care. Despite these precautions, it may occur that an item ordered is no longer in stock.
In such exceptional cases the item's purchase price, including its delivery charge, is reimbursed within 7 days.

What if an order was not delivered, or delivered incorrectly?

If the order that was delivered does not match the order that was placed, please contact Reinders Fashion customer services.
