Returns and Exchanges
Exchanges within the European Union
We gladly accept exchanges (reduced items also) within 14 days of receipt free of charge. However, we can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. The merchandise must be returned in one package. All exchange shipments are made using the same service as the original delivery (UPS or DHL). We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns sent at different times from one order.
Please be aware that we can exchange the same item for a different size only once.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item for a different one. the new size will be dispatched as soon as we have received the article that is being exchanged. If ou require further assistance or if you have any questions, please contact our warehouse department. Please note that we can only accept exchanges from the country wich the shipment was sent to. If the shipment was sent to The Netherlands, for instance, we can only accept an exchange from The Netherlands.
What are the conditions to return my article(s)?
- The clothing is not worn and/or washed.
- There are no makeup stains, food stains, body odors or cigarette smells on the articles.
- There is not tried to repair a defect.
- Jewelry and lingerie from hygienic point of view can not be returned.
- The original tickets an labels are still attached to the article.
- The item is in its original packaging.
- Insufficient or not stamped return shipments are not accepted by us.
- Product and/or delivery within 14 days of delivery errors with descriptions to be reported to us.
- If not to our exchange and return conditions are emt then we reserve the right to charge shipments to send it back and you the shipping costs.
